Job Description The Career & Civic Engagement Center seeks a Student Employer Relations Coordinator to support the Assistant Director for Employer Relations to run the on-campus recruiting program. The Student Employer Relations Coordinator responsibilities include: Recruiting Events Management and Support - 60% - Assist in planning and preparation for Bryn Mawr College and Tri-College recruiting events including: Fall and Spring Tri-College Career Fairs, Women's Colleges & Universities Virtual Career Fair, Meet Ups, and other recruiting events - When available and needed, assist in the staffing of and executing of recruiting events (for example: prepare supplies; room/space set up; welcoming and checking in student attendees; greeting employer and alum guests); providing peer support at event prep sessions - Create and distribute marketing materials; collaborate with Student Social Media Coordinator to market upcoming events - Work with Assistant Director to develop effective marketing strategies to encourage student engagement - Additional office-related tasks, including, but not limited to: organizing supplies; creating nametags; preparing event materials Digital and Database Administration - 40% - Review incoming jobs/internships/events in Handshake based on review process to ensure alignment with office policies - Create images in Canva to include in Handshake events and emails - Compose Handshake emails about upcoming opportunities
Job Requirements Qualifications -Open to students in class years 2026, 2027, or 2028. Must be on campus both semesters in 2025-26 academic year (Fall 2025 and Spring 2026) -Experience in or interest in learning databases including: Excel; Handshake; and other systems. -Strong attention to detail -Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities -Strong verbal and written communication skills -Ability to interact with sensitive and confidential information -Interest in the mission of the Career & Civic Engagement Center -Interest in promoting internship and job opportunities for all Bryn Mawr students This role reports to the Assistant Director for Employer Relations. The Student Employer Relations Coordinator can expect to work 6-8 hours per week, with occasional additional, optional, and paid event support as needed.
