Job Description |
As a graduate assistant for the podcast "Social Work Journeys," you will a play a crucial role in supporting the production of our GSSWSR podcast series. This opportunity offers valuable hands-on experience in podcast production, editing, and promotion. Responsibilities: Podcast Production Support - Assist with audio recording sessions, including setting up equipment, monitoring sound quality. - Provide technical support during recording sessions to ensure smooth operation of recording equipment. - Assist with editing and post-production tasks, such as audio editing, mixing, and using podcast editing software. Administrative Tasks - Coordinate scheduling and logistics for podcast recordings with guests. - Maintain an organized database of guest information, episode topics, and recording schedules. Please highlight any prior experience in podcasting or audio production. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled. |

Job Requirements |
- Currently enrolled as a graduate student at GSSWSR - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. - Basic knowledge of audio recording equipment and editing software (training will be provided if necessary). - Experience with podcast production and editing strongly preferred. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. |
