Job Description |
Student Assistants will engage in event planning and implementation of International Student Arrival Day on Tuesday August 26, 2025.
Two trainings will occur prior to Arrival Day, likely on July 30th and August 20th.
Tasks for Arrival Day will include event planning, setup, greeting, and assisting arriving international students.
Assistance is also needed for 1-2 hours after Arrival Day (exact date and time TBD, but likely August 27).
Tasks for August 27 include (exact date TBD), assisting new students with signing up for GLACIER Tax record and applying for Social Security numbers. |
Job Requirements |
Students must be available on campus and available for the following: 2 training sessions, Arrival Day August 26 (all day), and GLACIER/ SSN sign up assistance. Students must understand tasks that will be completed on Arrival Day. Must be flexible and friendly and assist new students in transitioning to BMC campus. |
