Job Description The intern will serve as a member of the Enrollment Communications team, reporting directly to the Associate Director of Admissions & Coordinator of Enrollment Communications. As a key member of the team, this person will bring a high level of creativity and project management skills to enhance the College’s online and print communications as it relates to the offices of Undergraduate Admissions, Graduate Admissions, Financial Aid, and the Registrar. Duties include (but are not limited to) • Market and peer research regarding the selective admissions and liberal arts college landscape • Consistently create content for the department’s social media channels and research additional channels for department • Contribute to admissions blog • Develop creative and targeted marketing materials for event and recruitment efforts • Research and develop ways to improve online engagement and traffic to social media channels and website • Attend events and take photos as needed • Work with cross-departmental communications contacts to build partnerships and enhance program outreach, as needed • Assist with mailers and student packets, as needed
Job Requirements • Knowledge of and proficiency with social media platforms • Use of standard programs including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel (familiarity with Canva is a plus) • Detail-oriented with strong writing skills
