Job Description Responsible for knowing scheduled meetings, programs and events on campus and support services provided to each of them. Provides campus community with information about campus facilities, services and events. Oversees arrangements for all things scheduled, particularly nights and weekends.
Job Requirements Hours available throughout the week for the semester; occasional shifts on Friday and Saturday nights. Must be able to work independently and be available all seven days per week. Must exhibit excellent judgment and demonstrate superior customer service skills. Positive attitude and dependability are a must. Previous customer service experience a plus!
