Job Description |
This is a paid summer internship, both part-time and full-time positions, in which you work with 10+ groups that come to campus for the summer. These groups are camps, conferences, educational groups and retreats. Your wide range of responsibilities includes:
• Organizing and maintaining residence hall key systems and meal cards/fobs
• Preparing materials for conference group arrivals and departures (meal card/fob assignments & housing assignments)
• Check in/out registration for each group
• Check residence halls and classrooms prior to groups’ arrivals
• Serve as a communication link for on-campus service providers (catering, housekeeping, dining hall staff)
• Administrative tasks (filing, billing, organizing storage closet)
• Requires communicating with a variety of people ranging from young children to senior citizens
• Living heavy equipment (40 pounds or less)

Job Requirements |
Successful applicants will possess:
• Ability to follow directions
• Work without direct supervision
• Excellent communication skills, especially verbal
• Enthusiasm for the work
• Ability to work under pressure
This is a very demanding and physical job, and flexible hours are required.
