Academic Advising
Objective: We seek positive, conscientious, student-centered individuals to serve as Academic Advisors. Advisors will assist students with course planning and registration, and also help to connect students with resources at the GSSWSR and the College.

Job Requirements |
Responsibilities:
In addition to advising a cohort of students, academic advisors may participate in and assist with the planning and implementation of GSSWSR-sponsored activities.
· Notify students of important dates & critical information such as add/drop deadlines, course registration timelines, course offerings, policy changes, etc.
· Act as a liaison and refer assigned students to other GSSWSR and College offices and resources (Student and Career Services, the Assistant Dean for Administration, and Faculty Connections). |
