Job Description |
Bookshop Summer Student Associates assist customers of the Bryn Mawr College Bookshop, helping patrons find what they need and completing transactions at the registers. Associates also assist in receiving shipments, and restocking the sales floor. They also take responsibility for maintaining a clean and inviting environment. |

Job Requirements |
Cheerful, reliable, energetic and outgoing; committed to great customer service. Detail-oriented and thorough. Retail and cash-handling experience is a plus, as is experience managing databases and/or a website. Able to maintain poise at all times. Able to lift up to 35 pounds. Loves and respects books. Must be available 10:00 am to 3:15 pm weekdays, and also during commencement and reunion weekends. |
