Job Description o Assist with the development and implementation of on and off-campus programs, events and visit days for prospective students and college transfer managers. o Work as liaison between Admissions and McBride executive board to develop relationships with larger McBride community and serve as connection to Admissions Office. o Collaborate with Admissions Office to create educational and recruitment materials. o Research best practices for recruitment of non-traditional age students at peer schools. Compile research regarding programming and recruitment efforts for transfer students. o Maintain and update database of transfer inquiries, visits, applications and enrollment. o Participate in Admissions Office programs and activities and perform clerical duties when appropriate.
Job Requirements Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a timely manner Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of individuals Excellent verbal and written skills Ability to take initiative and work without direct supervision Ability to be flexible with work schedule - an average of 10 hours (day & evening) per week Strong customer service orientation Strong interest in issues of diversity and inclusion Enthusiasm for working with diverse and non-traditional age communities
